Custom-Made Table Lamp by William Haines

This elegant table lamp fashioned from two fluted porcelain vases, one inverted, incorporated into a custom lamp by designer William Haines for the Beverly Hills estate of Dr. Herbert & Mrs. Rita LeRoy Roedling. This lamps show Haines’ penchant for utilizing earlier porcelain to marry the traditional with the modern by the design of the lamp with its larger lacquered base. Newly rewired and with a new custom casement overlaid silk shade.
