This fine Art Deco desk is a true gem. The desk is veneered in a warm burled wood. The fluted legs have been lacquered black and are finished with a round brass sabot. The stylish brass pulls are decorated in a classic Art Deco motif. The top of the desk is inset with black suede, no doubt a more recent addition, and is framed with a 2″ bevelled wood border. It should be noted that there is currently no key for the drawers. A interesting note, this desk is from the collection of Norman Lear creator of some of TVs most beloved sitcoms.
