Taken from a signed portfolio the photographer gave Bankhead, each photograph has been custom framed and matted. Each photograph has the photographer's stamp on the back. These iconic portraits of Tallulah Bankhead were taken from a sitting she had in Halsman's New York studio in the early 1950's. She is decked out in full Bankhead regalia: cigarette, glass of scotch, and the famous dress Edith Head copied for Bette Davis to wear in ALL ABOUT EVE.
